BUSINESS SUPPORT
PROGRAMME The Business Support Programme (BSP) has
been developed in conjunction with the Institute for
Independent Business (IIB) and is based on a proven
methodology, which has benefitted countless businesses.
Participation in the programme enables clients to access the
diverse resources, not only of Accumen, but also of our
partners including the IIB professional network.
Each programme is customer-specific, developed to address
agreed priorities and areas of need.

HOW IT WORKS • A lead advisor will be assigned to
co-ordinate the programme and will serve as the primary point
of contact • The
appointed lead will schedule planning meetings and oversee
implementation of agreed interventions •
Where required, other consultants or professional
experts will be brought in to address specific
requirements
